So when I found out that most bread have animal products in it, whether in the form of milk, eggs, butter, or whey, I was heartbroken. Did that mean that I could no longer enjoy my reason for living? (Okay, that may be a little dramatic.)
Absolutely not! I have to thank my parents for this one. Maybe in America, it’s easy to get your hands on vegan bread (hello, Whole Foods). However, in Korea, the options are very limited. In fact, even the natural and organic grocery shop that my family goes to (called 자연드림, or Nature Dream) make their bread with milk and eggs.
